April... in a word... Heaven. You probably know by now I am quite a keen cyclist and a member of High Wycombe Cycling Club. Every April we embark on a week's cycling on the sun blessed (mostly) island of Mallorca. Exploring inland lanes, trying not to make the same mistake as last year and go down a motorway slip road, and conquering the mountainous north. It's a great reset for the head, even if not so for the body. Another great trip... time to plan next year!
Let's Chat 2 is now live!.
In this episode I am joined by the wonderful Sylvia Talchalksa, all the way from Sydney, to discuss why don't people prioritise their health, how to realign your dreams and habits and how to reconfigure your thoughts to be more positive.
It's a busy time for teens at present with revising for exams, thinking about futures and still dealing with the constant barrage from social media and the world they live in. This article from the BBC is fantastic at giving some tips as to how we as parents, can help. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cx20zle4vdyo

#MoveForStroke is an initiative very close to my heart. Committing to exercise for a minimum of 31 minutes, every day in May. I lost my father to a stroke aged 60 in 2010, and this campaign aims to raise funds to help care for all those affected by Stroke, patients, families and carers. If you would like to donate please see my Just Giving Page. (No pressure though)
PS !: Please share any information with your colleagues and on your socials.
You might make someone smile, make their day or even save their life.
